Employee Assistance Programme
At Maia Psychology Centre we believe in the value to employers of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). This is an early intervention strategy with the ability to provide crisis intervention, early problem identification, its resolution before the problem reaches crisis level, and support of your organisation in dealing with performance issues. These actions will translate in a more productive and motivated workforce.
The psychological interventions and psychotherapy service offered to employees of your organisations will be goal focused, addressing issues arising from the workplace, in the employees’ personal life, or in the interface between the two.
Employees making use of the EAP need timely and immediate access to a high quality service which is responsive to their needs. Maia Psychology Centre will be committed to educating employees and management about the benefits of an EAP.
